Today’s Activity
Our class today at university introduced to us a technique of folding an A4 paper into an equilateral triangle.
This isn’t your typical puzzle, but please grab a piece of paper and follow along! Or even better, gather your family around and fold together.
I recommend you pause the article, grab a paper, and follow along. When you are ready, scroll down to get the most perfect equilateral triangle! ✒️
Step 1: Bisect The Paper
Our first step starts by folding the paper along the middle, essentially bisecting it into two halves.
Step 2: Bottom Right Corner Touches The Middle Line
We want to drag the bottom right corner towards the mid line created in step 1, in a way that the bottom left corner is preserved.
(Actually please tell me how I can word this better, thank you!)
Step 3: Bring Top Right Corner Into The Hypotenuse
We drag the top right corner into the hypotenuse of the triangle. It would be good to straighten the line a bit.
Step 4: Fold That Littler Triangle On The Left Inside
And there we go! Et voila !
And that’s our beautiful equilateral triangle. How amazing 🐦🔥!

What was your thought process this time? Comment down below, I am eager to know :) 🏹
